Self improvement. Self help. Personal development. You have  heard these words before. You maybe have used self improvement ideas or have read self help books to try and improve your self and your life.

The reality is that to success in your own personal development is more a than  just finding a secret key that will unlock the door to your happiness.

In order to improve your self, you first need to understand yourself and find out what areas in yourself you want to improve. studies,  statistics and surveys show that most people have low self esteem,  they lack self confidence and are stressed out.  People with these problems will end up  smoking, adding another problem to themselves and complicating the process of self improvement.

One of the key factors of self improvement success is perseverance. It is the key  and it is vehicle which will carry you to your desired destination,  but you need  to be very focused on your goal.
